Honest answer: this is the program I built from my own recovery. The work is the work — patterns, identity, distractions, integration — and it doesn't change based on the coach's gender. That said, it's a fair question. Some women want a man's perspective in the room precisely because of where their patterns came from. Others prefer to do this work with a woman, and that's a real and valid call. The Jumpstart Call is the place to figure out whether I'm the right fit for you. If I'm not, I'll tell you.

Yes — and you're probably exactly the kind of woman this work is built for. The label isn't the point. The patterns are. If your distractions are running your life — substances, phone, work, food, relationships, anything — you're in the right place. Most of the women I work with don't have a Hollywood rock bottom. They have a slow accumulation of patterns. Identifying and rewiring them is the work.

This isn't a 12-step program and it's not therapy. AA and NA give you community and accountability — they're powerful, and many of my clients use them alongside this work. Therapy is for deep psychological work that needs a clinician. Coaching is structure, action, and a coach in your corner who's been there. They're complementary, not competing. If you're already in any of them, that's a strength, not a problem.

The guides are tools. The program is transformation. Tools work on the surface — get your morning back, regulate your nervous system, break the scroll. The program works on the patterns underneath the surface — the ones the tools were quietly trying to compensate for.

We work through it. Relapse isn't failure — it's data. The program includes specific work on relapse prevention, spotting the drift, and recovery planning, because for some women it's part of the path. What matters isn't whether it happens. What matters is what you do next.
